Bulk Handling Australia Group Pty Ltd established in 1985 is Australia and New Zealand’s leading supplier of Bulker bags. We have developed along with our major Bulk Bag manufacturer a specific range of Planter Bags based on extensive research and trial with a leading Nursery.
We have applied the same technical know how in the manufacture of bulk bags to our Planter Bag range and with a sophisticated manufacturing and laboratory testing facility have been able to benchmark BHA’s range against the leading brand in Australia.
The range is manufactured in a plant developed to produce technical woven materials such as woven HDPE and the laboratory has conducted various tests including accelerated UV exposure and weight tests to ensure the range matches and surpasses the current market offerings.
We apply rigorous manufacturing processes which includes a sophisticated quality control procedure with testing of materials to meet specific KPIs, before and during manufacturing batches and finished product weight load sample tests for each production run.
STOCK MANAGEMENT
Bulk Handling Australia has warehousing in each capital city which allows us to offer our Planter Bag customers the same total stock management service we currently offer our Bulk bag customers.
Our State Sales representatives can review with you your total seasonal order and required demand estimates for each sized Planter Bag by month.
We can then manufacture your total seasonal order against your Purchase Order and then have this stock delivered to our relevant State Warehouse to store on your behalf.
You can then draw on this floor stock as required to meet your demand on a weekly or monthly basis until all stock is utilised.
This would create both cash flow benefits by avoiding full container lot deliveries to site and improve your cash flow by allowing smaller orders for delivery to site as required.
Our Sales Representatives would discuss with you the optimal delivery order quantities be that for high demand sizes and ordered in full pallet quantities to the more specialised larger sized Planter bags which could be ordered in minimum quantities of 10 units.
